The original Melur & Thyme restaurant was opened in KLCC and was a success. With that success the clients wanted to expand the number of outlets and we were approached to do their branch in Empire Shopping Gallery in Subang Jaya. The general concept was already there, with the design DNA being “Approachable Luxe” which we adapted.
