Lot 3C10 & Lot 3C11 are important sites insofar as that they remain the last remaining slots along Putrajaya Boulevard that can contribute to making the Boulevard more ‘human’. Too much emphasis has been given to the Formal address of buildings that the more human endeavour of ‘seeking refuge’ has been overlooked. We want to overturn this. Our designs are meant to be as open as possible, to have edges which blur the definition of formal and informal, private and public to, in a way, enhance the experience of the Boulevard by creating a place where people can call their own, and not of places where people are told what to do.
