Mont’ Kiara Indochine Inspired Nature Homes (MINH) is a project designed by Archicentre Sdn Bhd. STA Architects Sdn Bhd involvement is as the Contract Architect at site in a Design & Build Contract under the Main contractor. We are responsible to check the design for buildability, redesign as needed and to remodel the entire scheme in BIM for compliance to the client ’ s needs for a complete digital twin right up to LOD500 detail. The project itself consists of 2 towers of 42 and 42 storeys, with 496 units, with the biggest unit being up to 3,010 sqft designed with the discerning modern resident in mind, offering a range of high-end features in beautifully curated hospitality-centric environments.
