This private residence was driven entirely on Feng Shui principles. The client was a firm believer and as such, we had to accommodate their requirements. We could not have a courtyard scheme, that was a definite no – no, and we had to ensure that the construction was completed during the right lunar cycle. Other than these requirements, the direction to entry to each bedroom was decided according to the compass alignment. The house has a total built – up area of 8,538 sq ft, sitting on a rectangular plot of land measuring 8,276 sq ft.test
